What is the first step? |
The first step is to meet with the client in the cemetery, in our office/showroom or in the comfort of your own home. At the first meeting we discuss the details of the specific needs in design, colours, and budget. When the first draught of the design is completed we present a lifelike, colour computer generated image of the monument to the client. If changes need to be made to the design at this stage, we make whatever changes are required because the final product is going to be there for eternity and it is our aim to make absolutely certain that the client is totally satisfied with the final outcome. To see an example of the computer generated images click on any of the monuments in our gallery. |

How long does it take to build a monument? |
A monument can be made and installed from 8 to 12 weeks from the date of order being placed. Within this time allotment we organise the inscription, photos and any accessories so that the final product is totally complete and client satisfaction ensured. |
|
How much does a monument cost? |
The monument costs as much as you want it to. With the enormous variety of colours and design styles of monuments that are available it is not possible to have a stock standard price. All our monuments are custom made to the clients’ specifications and particularly to their budget. We are guided by the client totally when it comes to price. As a guideline a simple lawn monuments can start at $1,500.00 and full monuments from $ 3,000.00 to any budget the client chooses. The sky is the limit.

What kind of guarantee do we have? |
We are governed by a very strict code of conduct and ethics which are imposed and regulated by the Italian Regulatory Body which is there to protect your interests.
Dynasty Stone Art is committed to exceeding the expectations of the families we serve and therefore we offer an unconditional guarantee on the quality of our materials and the workmanship. What does that mean in real terms? It means that we stand by our product as no others do. If there is any problem with the quality of our materials or workmanship in years to come we correct the problem no questions asked and we act quickly to minimise grief and client dissatisfaction.
We give you our committed guarantee in writing. |
|
How do we pay? |
The payments for the monument are structured to make it simpler for the client. After signing the contract a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the monument is paid. This payment initiates the commencement of order. The second instalment of 40% is paid when the monument arrives into our showroom and is ready for inspection prior to installation. At this stage the final inspection of the inscription takes place and the monument is booked for installation. The third and final payment is made on completion of the monument. An appointment is made when the monument is complete. The monument is inspected by the client and only then the final payment is made. Payments for commercial work and supply of materials are to be made by special arrangement. |

References and testimonials |
The best and most comforting way to place your mind at rest in this day and age is to talk to our clients direct. We have not had any complaints made against us. This can be tested in the cemeteries by asking the administration department of the cemetery if any complaints have been lodged and at the same time you can check with the Department of Fair Trading. It is better to be safe rather than be sorry by researching prior to signing on the dotted line. We can provide you with a register of clients to talk to so you can make up your mind about our integrity.
